On December 12th, PSCA convened an Extraordinary General Meeting, which was followed soon after by the Christmas Meeting. Both of these events took place in Hotel “Dom Marynarza” in Gdynia.
The meeting began with discussion initiated by President of the Management Board – Dariusz Jellonnek regarding the Association’s activities in the year 2024, including: active work in ECSA working groups, the Association’s accession to the Tripartite Group for Shipping and Maritime Fishery as part of the Employers’ representation, proving detailed analysis of proposed legal acts. Participants of the Meeting also discussed proposed fields of activity of the Association during the upcoming year.
The General Meeting also adopted resolutions regarding the amount of the membership fee and the Association’s budget in 2025.
Christmas Meeting began as soon as the General Meeting concluded. Special Guest, Radosław Józefiak from Polship Czernielewski Józefiak Spółka Jawna presented solutions in the field of supply of maritime spare parts.
Following this presentation, attorneys at law Bartosz Biechowski, Tomasz Nadratowski and Radosław Stefaniak presented an overview of changes in PIT, CIT and VAT taxes coming into force in the year 2025.
The meeting concluded with traditional networking and Christmas wishes.
