Polish Shipping Companies Association joins as Supporting Member of the Polish Economic Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze).

On June 29 this year The Ordinary General Meeting & Information and Promotional Meeting (IPM) of the Association took place at the SPA FALTOM hotel in Rumia. The assembly began with a minute of silence for the late Dr. Eng. Master Mariner, prof. UMG Bogumił Łączyński, who from the very establishment of the Association (January 2015) actively supported its activities.

On February 22nd, PSCA organized the first Seashell Meeting in the year 2023 – for the first time it took place at the Hotton Hotel in Gdynia.

On December 15, the annual, traditional Christmas Meeting of the Association took place – for the first time since 2019 it was held in a traditional form at the Hotton Hotel in Gdynia.

On October 27, the General Meeting was held at the Qubus Hotel in Gdańsk, followed by the Information and Promotion Meeting.

On September 30, PSCA held a meeting (in Muszla Restaurant in Gdynia) devoted to the impact of technical and organizational requirements introduced at the 78th Meeting of the Marine Environmental Protection Committee.

“Oficyna Morska” published a book titled “To restore the Polish Flag” written by Captain Tadeusz Hatalski – member of the advisory body of the PSCA – the Council of Association.

On July 1st, a General Meeting & IPM was held in the DNV Poland main office in Gdynia. During the meeting, several resolutions were adopted.

On June 9, another “Seashell Meeting” took place in the “Muszla” restaurant. The host of the meeting was SMT Shipping Poland sp. z o.o. – member of the Association.

On April 14, at the Hotton Hotel in Gdynia, a pre-Easter Information Meeting was held. The main topics of the meeting were the activities of the Association with regards to the war in Ukraine, overview of the legal situation, discussion of the current legislative work.

On December 22nd, PSCA organized a Virtual Christmas Meeting attended by representatives of the community – Members, Supporting Members as well as people holding honorary functions.

On December 17, 2021, a meeting “Polish New Deal – discussion on selected changes” was organized by Attorney at Laws Mr. Bartosz Biechowski and Mr. Radosław Stefaniak for the members of the PSCA Community.

On December 1, 2021, a meeting “Jotun’s Path to Maximum Hull Efficiency “ was organized by Jotun Poland was held via MS-Teams for the PSCA community.

On October 28th, a General Meeting and Information & Promotion Meeting was held at the headquarters of DNV Poland sp. z o.o. in Gdynia.

RENERGI sp. z o.o. declares accession to PSCA as Supporting Member

On September 16th, a meeting was held at the Muszla Restaurant in Gdynia, after a 1.5-year break.

Immediately after the end of the General Meeting, the Information and Promotion Meeting (IPM) began – the first since November 21, 2019. The meeting scheduled for March 19, 2020 did not take place due to the lockdown.

On June 24 this year the 12th General Assembly of the Association was held. The meeting took place in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Navigation of the Gdynia Maritime University.

On April 15th, a meeting was held with Special Guest – Mr. Bruno Saverys from Marine Underwriting Services – Latvia.

On February 25th, a meeting hosted by Wartsila Polska sp. z o.o. was held. The main topic of meeting was devoted to the future of marine propulsion

On February 2021, Polish Shipping Companies Association became the latest signatory Neptune Declaration on Seafarer Wellbeing and Crew Change.
