On June 15 of this year, Ordinary General Meeting as well as Information and Promotion Meeting (IPM) was held at the at the Dom Marynarza Hotel in Gdynia. General Meeting adopted resolutions regarding Management and Audit Committee Reports, Financial Report for the year 2025 and granting discharge to the members of the Management Board and the Audit Committee.

Following the conclusion of the General Meeting, Information & Promotion meeting commenced, during which Special Guests (Mr. Wolfgang Grohe and Ms. Ivy Wang from Wilhelmsen Ships Service Germany) presented solutions regarding biofuels and oils, as well as current situation (including regulations) with regards to marine fuel markets.
