“The Revival of Shipping” by Radoslaw Marciniak is finally available in stores. One of the forewords to this book was written by President of PSCA, Mr. Dariusz Jellonnek, which we hereby quote below:

We received a very interesting publication called “The Revival of Shipping” (PL: “Odrodzenie Żeglugi”), written by Radosław Marciniak. This book takes us through the history of the Polish merchant fleet from the time of regaining Independence to the present day. The book is written in a very accessible language and can be intended for people involved in maritime affairs, as well as for readers who know the sea only from the perspective of the beach. At the end of the book, the author asks difficult questions about the future of our fleet, in which direction it will develop, whether after years of stagnation we can afford to enter the wide waters. The answers to these questions will soon find their punchline within the new dynamic reality.
