On July 1^st, a General Meeting & IPM was held in the DNV Poland main office in Gdynia. During the meeting, the following resolutions were adopted:

1. on accepting the reports of the Management Board and the Audit Committee;
2. on the approval of the PZPŻ financial statements for 2021;
3. on granting a vote of approval to the Management Board and the Audit Committee for 2021;
4. on adopting the assumptions to the budget for 2023 (the final vote will be held at the autumn General Meeting);

The Chairman of the APMAR Council, Mr. Artur Sadowski, was also accepted as a member of the Association’s advisory body – the Council of the Association in place of late Cpt. Waldemar Perchel. After the end of the General Meeting, an Information and Promotion Meeting was opened.

Special Guest of the Meeting – Mr. Dariusz Rudziński – commercial director of Enmaro Energy Market Observer sp.z o.o., presented the role of consulting in the implementation of offshore wind energy projects.

The presentation was followed by Q&A session as well as traditional standing party. The next general Meeting & IPM are scheduled for October.
