On June 24 this year the 12th General Assembly of the Association was held. The meeting (conducted in compliance with strictest sanitary standards and regulations) took place in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Navigation of the Gdynia Maritime University.
The General Meeting adopted the following resolutions:
- on the PSCA action plan for 2021-2022;
- about the PSCA budget for the period 2021-2022;
- approval of the PSCA financial statement for 2020;
- on granting a discharge to the Management Board and the Audit Committee Members for performing their functions in the year 2020.
Elections to the Management Board and the Audit Committee were also held.
Following members were elected to the Management Board for the term 2021-2023:
- Mr. Dariusz Jellonnek (as President of the Management Board), Mr. Michał Czerepaniak, Mr. Cezary Łuczywek, Mrs. Iwona Paterka and Mr. Andrzej Pilarski.
The following persons were elected to the Audit Committee for the term 2021-2023:
- Mr. Łukasz Skrzypczak (for the position of the Chairman) and Ms. Justyna Szawelska
Participants have also thanked Mr. Arkadiusz Gronowski for serving as a Member of the Management Board in 2019-2021 as well as Mr. Adam Bołądz and Mr. Grzegorz Kuligowski who served as Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee respectively from the very beginning of the Association’s existence (from 2015).
