On May 29th, Ordinary General Meeting as well as Information and Promotion Meeting (IPM) was held at the Hotton Hotel in Gdynia.
General Meeting adopted resolutions:
- – on adoption of the Management Board Report for the period 2024-2025
- on adoption of the Audit Committee
- on approval of the financial statement of the Association for the financial year 2024;
- on granting discharge to the members of the Management Board and the Audit Committee.
- Due to expiry of the cadence, elections to the Management Board and the Audit Committee were also held. Following persons were elected:

General Meeting also approved nomination of Cpt Cezary Łuczywek (Management Board Member 2019-2025) to the advisory body – Council of the Association in recognition of his numerous contributions over the past years. Transport & Offshore Services Poland sp. z o.o. (with registered office in Gdynia) was admitted as newest Member of the Association.
Following the conclusion of the General Meeting, Information & Promotion meeting commenced. Special Guest – dr Zuzanna Pepłowska-Dąbrowska (Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń) presented legal challenges caused by operations of the so called “shadow fleet” as well as other legal challenges which were in focus of the Legal Committee (LEG) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) during the year 2025. The meeting ended with traditional joint dinner.
