On June 26, 2025, the pre-summer Summer Seashell Meeting was held at the Hotel “Dom Marynarza” (Seafarer’s House) in Gdynia. In the first presentation, Mrs. Monika Kościewicz (Office Director/Authorized Representative of the SME Ombudsman) outlined the role and responsibilities of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Ombudsman.

Subsequently, Attorney at Law, Professor Sylwia Majkowska Szulc, Ph.D. (University of Gdańsk) presented the current state of play with regards to implementation of regulations concerning Maritime Single Window and Onshore Power Supply. The meeting concluded with traditional lunch.
