It is with great sadness that we received the news of the death of Dr. Eng. Master Mariner, prof. UMG Bogumił Łączyński, Director of the Shipowners’ Department and Maritime Practices of UMG, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Polish Shipowners’ Association (ZAP), Member of the Council of the Polish Shipping Companies Association, one of the co-founders of our Association.
